Do you know that research states that 85% of the world’s population suffers from a lack of confidence in themselves? That this lack of confidence results in low (or uncertain) self-esteem.
My definition for self-esteem is: “what we get from our (or others) evaluation of our behaviors.” Self-esteem is the foundation for Self-image and Self-worth.
What is “lack of self-confidence? In my opinion, it is a lack of faith. A paraphrasing of the definition of faith is: “a belief in that which we cannot see.” Often, we cannot see the faith we have in ourselves.
Could lack of confidence be a lack of faith you have in yourself? Maybe because you have a belief that you don’t have the confidence in yourself to do the things you want to do? Or could it be a belief that the things you do you won’t do good enough? Or could it be that you were taught not to have faith in yourself? Or could it be some other belief entirely?
It doesn’t matter what belief we hold, what matter is we are the only ones who can answer this question: “What is holding me back from transforming my belief which keeps me from changing my faith to confidence in myself from not good enough to good enough?
Only you can answer that, but I would be glad to help. Message me.
