Do you know your mind works in mysterious ways?
Want to know how to straighten that out?
Here’s a hint: All 8.2 billion of us think: and what we think is often an evaluation of how we (and others) have behaved, are behaving, and will behave. Once we have evaluated our behaviors, our thoughts will trigger an emotion. Once that emotion is triggered, we will probably act on it. Our actions will probably be a reaction of how we’ve been taught to act by situations from our past.
If we’ve been taught to fault and blame, we fault ourselves and blame others. Doing so lets us hold onto the triggered feeling and deposit it in our soul.
If we’ve been taught to accept and forgive, we will let go of the triggered feeling and enter into the state of contentment which will be deposited in our soul.
I have developed a program which can teach you how to let go of fault and blame, accept responsibility for yourself, be responsive to others and get to the state of contentment. If you’re interested in knowing how to do this, contact me.
